Ty & Kelly began their professional careers together in the 1980’s in the legal field of court reporting.  Ty’s court reporting specialization landed him an in-house job with the City of Escondido, California for 28 plus years while Kelly became an independent contractor working for court reporting firms throughout Southern California with a personal large clientele, including the Attorney General, the DOD, DOJ, etc.  Certified in both California and Nevada, Kelly specialized in technical med mal litigation, complex transcription services, and held the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board Hearings contract for the entire State of Nevada for 19 years.  In 2006 they partnered with a national court reporting firm and Ty opened offices throughout California which specialized in all areas of litigation and trial support.

Ty & Kelly have been happily married for 33 years with 3 grown children and 3 grandchildren.  Their passion for marriage coaching began 15 years ago as a divine calling when they joined a volunteer marriage mentoring team which provided a program to help married couples through relationship struggles.  After many years of meeting with countless couples, they developed their own signature universal program to teach couples tools to cultivate the skills for healthy relationships and happier marriages.  Working with couples both individually and in groups, they help them clarify what is important to them, envision what they want for themselves, and take actions to create a life they love.

Ty & Kelly know all too well the importance of creating a healthy work/life balance and how important it is to your overall well-being.  In addition to reducing stress levels and the risk of burnout, employees who are satisfied with their work-life balance are likely to be happier at work resulting in improved performance. Having relationship difficulties with a spouse or partner can dramatically impact one’s work performance which is why Ty & Kelly are passionate about teaching individuals and couples transformational communication and self-awareness tools to lead them to greater success in all areas of life.
