For over 25 years, Paresh Shah has been a trusted executive coach and advisor to Boards, CEO’s, C-Suite, Senior Armed Services officials (Secretary level) and other leaders of public and private companies, non-profits, governments and business owners seeking to drive professional and personal growth and success. Mr. Shah combines a strong analytical underpinning with leading-edge expertise in leadership & mindfulness. He has the gift of helping his clients discover transformational results in their executive roles along with personal well-being – an essential combination for all leaders today.

Based on work with clients globally throughout the Pandemic, Mr. Shah’s research confirms other studies that many executives and employees are overwhelmed, stressed, and seeking performance support due to the Pandemic, societal disruptions, and losses so many of their team members and clients have incurred.

The requirements for effective leadership today have fundamentally changed from even a few years ago. It requires leaders to exhibit heightened levels of compassion (including for themselves), listening, creative solutions, inspiring purpose, and the ability to co-create new possibilities with team members and clients.
