Byron helps successful business owners, leaders and executives find clarity, accountability and results when they are facing new opportunities or simply feeling stuck. He was honored to be named PBCA Coach of the Year – 2022.

In April 2021, Byron was named Vice President of Diversified Professional Coaching, LLC, a company that helps business leaders, executives and owners release their ultimate potential by linking them to professional business coaches. He is co-founder and Vice President of Infinite Ping, Inc, a US-based international consultancy and he is acting CEO and Board Chair of Skaggs & Calder, an Egyptian Joint Stock company he co-founded in Cairo, Egypt.

Byron is a Certified Professional Business Coach (PBCA) with over 25 years professional and executive leadership experience spanning business, education, development, and community-based sectors informed by graduate level course studies on intercultural leadership, leadership development, communications, and ethics. He is also a certified facilitator of Business Effectiveness Evaluation, Leadership Effectiveness Evaluation, One Page Business Plan, Extended DISC®, and Emotional Intelligence (EIQ-2).

Byron serves as a thinking partner, advisor, coach, and facilitates workshops for and speaks to executives and leaders, family-owned businesses, and start-up, small and mid-market business owners in North America, the Middle East, European Union, and UK. He also consults for vision development, strategic planning, marketing, communications, and organizational change projects in North America and the MENA (Middle East/North Africa) region.

Byron coaches clients to greater personal effectiveness, efficient business practices and increased profitability. His experiences include co-founding, scaling, and operating a US-based facility maintenance company ultimately leading to a successful sale and transition to new owners. He envisioned and directed a project to successful completion resulting in the creation of an advancement office (alumni relations, fundraising, marketing, and communications) for a prestigious international school in Cairo, Egypt. He also creates and implements fundraising strategies that effectively raise required start-up capital for US-based social entrepreneurship ventures.

Byron is passionate about listening, coaching, advising, and speaking to decision makers, training on organizational growth subjects including inter-cultural issues and leadership development, exploring social entrepreneurship, and using his networking ability to engage people, grow business and to help others better their world. He gives his time to coach and serve on numerous boards of local, regional, and international non-profit organizations, charitable foundations, and religious institutions from start-up to restructuring and resource development.

Born in Seattle, USA, Byron honed his culture skills by spending 20 years situated and working in developing countries with ethnic, religious, and racial diversity. This blending of worlds and languages creates a unique ability allowing Byron to successfully navigate various global environments, and possess a deep understanding of intercultural dynamics. He enjoys international travel, reading, photography, golf, kayaking and working on the family’s historic Jeep. Byron and his wife, Dr. Jennifer Skaggs are parents of two adult children.
