I am passionate about personally and professionally transforming myself, and those I am honored to partner with on their own growth and development journey. Since graduating from the U.S. Air Force Academy, I’ve gained extensive leadership experience and business acumen via 35 years of exemplary service in challenging positions as a decorated Air Force Officer, and a leader of impact in the high technology, aerospace and defense, and healthcare industries.
When I partner with C-Suite Executives, Business Owners, and Emerging Leaders, I draw from my diverse expertise. I aim to help them grow, to solve their business performance and people challenges, and to make a meaningful difference in their sphere of influence.
During our partnership, I will help you clarify your strategic goals, align your plans and actions, and provide accountability to achieve exquisite execution. In me, you have a partner dedicated to your increased productivity, efficiency, and aligned business operations. I will help you as you pursue your vision for yourself and your organization, including but not limited to its growth.
My experiences include, negotiating and overseeing the upgrade for the Global Positioning System operational control segment; developing, planning and executing the production capacity and supply fulfilment strategy for Intel’s launch of their Centrino brand of mobile computers; leading the Army’s $4B logistics support contract operations for Southern Afghanistan; leading Aerojet Rocketdyne’s propulsion contract operations for the Orion Spacecraft’s eventual mission to the moon; developing and staffing impactful enterprise risk, compliance and business ethics programs. Via these roles, I have become an accomplished and a trusted advisor, strategic thinker, adaptive, self-directed, passionate servant-leader, adept at problem solving, and several other business disciplines. I am also skilled in overcoming obstacles, conducting complex business transactions, prioritizing competing interests, facilitating crucial conversations, partnering with and working through others to achieve results. My motto, “Find a need and fill it!”
In my spare time, I have completed multiple marathons. My wife, Brenda and I, enjoy many activities together, such as running, hiking, biking, paddleboarding, pickleball, travel to Kauai and easy access to wine country near our home in Northern California.

- Bachelor of Science from the United States Air Force Academy, graduating with military honors.
- Master of Science in Contract Management and Systems Acquisition from the Air Force Institute of Technology.
- Served as an Air Force Warranted Contracting Officer, primarily supporting Air Force Space Programs at the Space and Missile Systems Center.
- Retired Air Force with 25 years of service—10 Active Duty and 15 as a Reservist.
