DawnMarie Montgomery is Founder & CEO of Luminary Culture Group LLC and a Certified Professional Business Coach with Diversified Professional Coaching, LLC. A nationally recognized executive, her career has been defined by one conviction, community relations and engagement are not adjacent to business strategy, they are the strategy.
Across more than two decades inside highly regulated financial institutions, DawnMarie has translated community insight into measurable business and social impact. Most recently, she served as Director, Inclusive Culture, Distribution & Operations at Thrivent, a $160B+ not-for-profit financial services organization, leading enterprise strategy across two divisions with a $1M budget and growing community reach 21%. At UBS Wealth Management USA, she was appointed by the President & CEO to the UBS Americas DE&I Council, managed a $5M budget, and lifted advisor engagement 13%.
Her foundation was built in the field, as a licensed Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch and in Vice President leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, PNC Bank, Citigroup, TD Bank, and Lakeland Bank, with additional experience at The Mony Group. She expanded a $535M deposit base 20% at TD Bank and grew a branch deposit base 50%, from $80M to $125M, at Lakeland Bank, earning President’s Club.
Through Luminary Culture Group, DawnMarie partners with organizations at the moments that matter most, including leadership transition, rapid growth, M&A integration, and culture reset, across six practice areas spanning organizational effectiveness and fractional CHRO leadership, executive coaching, talent development, culture strategy, speaking, and academic partnerships.
