Khairunnisa Veerjee, MHA, CPBC, is a certified professional business coach with over 16 years of federal leadership experience and a track record of developing high-performing leaders and teams at the organizational level. As the founder of Aligned Impact, she works with executives and business owners to close the gap between goals and execution by driving clarity, strategic alignment, and measurable growth.

Her professional foundation was built inside the Veterans Health Administration, one of the largest and most complex healthcare systems in the nation. As a Health System Specialist for the Assistant Under Secretary for Health for Clinical Services, she operated at the intersection of executive strategy, organizational development, and systems-level leadership. Her areas of expertise span healthcare operations, strategic planning, crisis management, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, and cross-functional team leadership in high-stakes regulated environments.

Alongside her federal career, Khairunnisa developed a parallel track in strengths-based and mindfulness-informed coaching — working with individuals and teams across all organizational levels to improve performance, communication, and leadership effectiveness. Her entry point was a formative experience in the Junior League of Dallas leadership program, where she was introduced to CliftonStrengths and recognized the direct connection between personal alignment and professional impact. She spent the following years applying and refining that framework inside one of the most demanding organizations in the country.

A third-generation entrepreneur by background, Khairunnisa brings both the operator’s mindset and the executive’s perspective to her coaching practice. In September 2025, she transitioned out of federal service to focus exclusively on coaching and founded Aligned Impact to deliver the same caliber of strategic development she provided at the highest levels of government healthcare.

She is based between the Dallas–Fort Worth and Tampa Bay areas and works with clients globally.
