Maureen Farrell is an executive leadership coach and former U.S. Air Force colonel who helps CEOs and healthcare leaders win under pressure, making faster decisions, aligning teams, greater precision and consistency. Over three decades she ran large, complex organizations and multi-agency initiatives, turning strategy into measurable results across operations, policy, and change.
As a two-time commander and later Chief of the Air Force Public Health enterprise, she led 1,200 professionals worldwide, standardizing core service lines and driving an improvement portfolio that strengthened safety, quality, and operational reliability. She also helped push system-level reforms across the Military Health System, moving bold strategies from concept to enterprise execution.
Beyond Defense, Maureen served as Senior Medical Advisor to the U.S. State Department, directing medical screening for 80,000+ evacuees across seven countries during Operation Allies Relief, work that demanded calm decision-making, cross-cultural execution, and high-reliability operations. After retiring, she coached executives inside the Veterans Health Administration on building cultures of safety and continuous improvement across the largest integrated healthcare system in the U.S.
Today, as CEO of Greater Heights Coaching & Consulting, Maureen partners with mission-driven executives to reduce burnout, sharpen decision quality, and build trust that accelerates execution.
