Ted Digges, CAPT, SC, USN (Ret), ChFC, CPL, CPBC is a professional business coach and mentor who wants to bring out the latent talent of individuals by weaving into their lives time tested experience. He recognizes beneficial synergies from sharing the leadership principles developed from the military experience with high potential individuals and value seeking organizations. His focus is on clarity of the “biggest thing” and the best strategy, the action steps required, and accountability to achieve success.
Ted gained extensive experience a 27-year military career in strategic planning, customer service, logistics, leadership, and program management. He is the former Executive Director of a non-profit in Philadelphia where he assisted over 1,000 individuals transition to a second career in the financial services profession through a network of the top industry firms and senior retired military leaders in the nation.

Ted was an Adjunct Professor of Management and Leadership, at The American College of Financial Services, teaching the popular Decision Making Leadership Skills course in the Masters of Science in Management curriculum.
