A graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Romance Linguistics, Brooke Ramstad has a proven track record in consultative sales and investment advisory. She is recognized as a decisive leader and strategic relationship curator delivering a communication style that builds immediate trust. She coaches small business owners and non-profit organizations to embrace the big picture and solve complex sales, marketing, and fundraising challenges.
In Seattle, WA Brooke was focused on new market development and international advertising sales in the global aquaculture and luxury yachting industries. Generating high margins as the national accounts manager for Ocean Beauty Seafoods, Brooke partnered with chefs and shipping companies to exceed guest expectations and deliver the highest quality product at the best price, on time. Her clients included national grocery chains, hotels and country clubs, high end restaurants, and the signature resorts within the Walt Disney World Company.
Relocating to Boise, ID, in 2008, Brooke entered financial services with Wachovia Securities. After several years as a Registered Client Associate implementing processes to improve operations and project management, she was promoted to Financial Advisor in 2013. While completing the education requirements for the CFP® designation, Ramstad purchased an equity interest in the newly independent advisory firm and was nominated by her peers and honored by the Idaho Business Review in 2018 for Excellence in Finance. She exited the business in 2019.
Brooke earned her Certified Financial Planner ® designation in 2017, completed the Certified Exit Plan Advisor CEPA designation in 2020, and is now a Certified Professional Business Coach through the PBCA.
When not coaching clients, Ramstad is active in non-profit fundraising, coaching youth soccer, and advising the Kappa Kappa Gamma chapter at the College of Idaho. She enjoys alpine skiing with her family and is optimistic about the value and opportunities professional business coaching will bring to the future of work.
